It's always nice to have a reminder from nature that warmer (and drier) weather is on it's way. These cherry blossoms are growing next to my apartment and thankfully I was paying enough attention to be able to watch them bud and blossom. Sadly as a child I didn't give these kind of beauties much merit, but at least I grew into it. (I did not pick these, they were already on the ground. They are too sweet to just grab off a tree.)
