It has been such amazing weather lately that I felt the need to make something refreshing. I had been eyeing this recipe from an amazing blog called Smitten Kitchen (everything I've made from her is oh so delicious). This is nothing compared to store bought ricotta. I could eat it on everything (and unfortunately I have). I recommend it, times a thousand.
i haven't made this yet from Smitten Kitchen but it looks quite yummy by your photographs.
